Participation in Milestone takes discipline and determination. Every active member has a personal artistic goal to reach and Milestone is here to help them reach that goal. Milestone produces performance artists as much as it produces performance arts.
Using our productions as educational platforms, along with the feedback of supportive peers, members use their skills to evolve and advance further in their artistic careers. Once members discover their potentials as artists, Milestone provides genuine support to progress their careers.
Goals for members involve giving each other creative boosts to prepare for and progress in successful careers in all aspects of the arts. Milestone inspires its members, help ignites the artistic flame, teach how to keep the fire lit, and make creative fires grow ramped! Members give each other the creative boosts they seek in order to prepare for successful careers in all aspects of the Arts.
Members will reflect back on Milestone as a "milestone" in their creative lives.
Milestone's goal for its community is to inspire thought and social awareness, while informing the community of our undiscovered talents. Milestone always does this with the intention to educate and give back to the community.
Today, Milestone has grown from a kinship of eight, to dozens of local artists, who found their way out of their respective institutions and into the Milestone community. Milestone reaches out to independent artists from all mediums who seek a theatre company dedicated to helping them achieve success in their collective and creative fields.
