Elephant's Graveyard by George Brant
Directed by Mike Alva

In September of 1916, Sparks Circus set up tent in the small town of Erwin, Tennessee. The circle of events that followed culminated in a shocking and morbid circus act. Combining historical facts and legend, Elephants Graveyard explores the deep-seated American craving for entertainment, violence and revenge while asking the audience how far they will go for spectacle.

H AVEN by Mark Levine
Directed by Ray Chao

A sanctuary for mistreated beings to obtain peace and move on to the afterlife has become stagnating for the four Haven residents, former animal beings now appearing and conversing in human form. To move forward, these victims will be confronting the recently deceased humans that sent them to their thoughtless and sometimes deliberate ends as well as choosing the fates of their perpetrators. In the end H AVEN examines the parallels between human and animal natures as well as where exactly justice and instincts stand in between.
Proceeds from H AVEN will be channeled to animal rights organizations as part of Milestone’s mission to give back to the community.

The Boy Who Wouldn't Grow Up by J.M. Barrie
Directed by Patrick Connolly

This adaptation of the classic novelization presents a fresh outlook on Peter Pan, the mischievous little boy who can fly, and his adventures on the island of Neverland. After Wendy Darling and her brothers run away with Peter on the night she is forced to “become an adult” they and the Lost Boys, the islands refugees, help the native Piccaninny Tribe fight to save their land, values and culture from the terrorists surrounding the island lead by Captain Hook. Beginning as a fantasy, the lines blur as Wendy struggles to maintain her innocence in a world where we are all forced to “grow up” and face reality. Holding on to the original ideals of the story, Milestone throws audiences directly into the action to ponder the notion: what WAS your happy thought?

Apparition: An Uneasy Play of the Underknown by Anne Washburn
Directed by Corey Howe

A ineluctable feast of three hilarious spoofs in one play, Apparition follows an extraordinarily creepy meditation on fear featuring: the story of Macbeth, told and retold, as the actors playing the witches, waiting to go on, hold a head count and discover they are one too many; Demons in search of a setting appear in suburban back yards and reappear elsewhere in another narrative; and a couple in an attic can’t decide if they are alive or dead (reminiscent of the hapless spirits of Beetlejuice). These modern ghost stories alternate with bouts of fragmented voices, challenged language, stage superstitions, discontinuous narratives, and the guileless pleasure of the supernatural to create a world which is intelligible, but not fully comprehensible.
