Once your first volunteer production is finished and you have submitted your overview, membership is approved by our educational department. All approved members receive educational benefits in their artistic fields molded towards their individual goals.
Members earn opportunities to showcase themselves in every aspect of the company including a personal promotional platform, access to workshops geared towards enhancing the artist’s skills; production leadership opportunities and personal attention to further their careers.

- Productions audition reservations before the general public.
- Class and workshop information including first to sign up before the general public.
- Opportunities to participate in committees that shape the overall company and production season.
- Production leadership opportunities including directing, coaching and having your play performed on the Milestone stage!
